I am from Northern California (Sacramento) Finished High School. I Joined the US Navy, stayed for 10 years. I went to work for the California Department of Corrections, worked at three different prisons, San Quentin State Prison, Mule Creek State Prison and finally Wasco state Prison in the Bakersfield California area which I retired from in 2009.

While I was in High School my brother and I bought property (nothing down) and rented them out. Through the years in the Navy and CDC I would flip some houses and buy and hold in different places. I got my Real Estate license in 2007 in Bakersfield CA, sold properties in California until 2017. I moved to Las Vegas in 2017, got my Brokers license here in 2018 and have been active since. I have sold all kinds of Real Estate from farmland land to single family homes, I do it all.

For recreation and just plain fun, I play golf {The Golfing Realtor} I also like to Travel and revisit some of the “Ports of Call” places I went to while on
active duty.
