My name is James Nieto and I have lived in Nevada since 1992 and have been a real estate agent for eight years.

I have a wife and seven children, six grandkids and two miniature Australian shepherds.

I enjoy first time home buyers and guiding them through the process of their first purchase.  It’s an exciting time for them and I work hard to make the transaction easy.

I enjoy fishing and camping both in Nevada and Utah.
