Chris Raniere made Las Vegas home in 2012 and found his path into real estate after years of caddying at Southern Highlands Golf Club. Spending time around top-tier properties and high level professionals sparked a lasting interest in homes and the lifestyle that surrounds them.  Licensed since 2016, Chris focuses on elevated living across the Las Vegas Valley, with a strong presence in golf course communities and custom homes. While that’s his specialty, he’s also a trusted resource for clients at all price points who value service and local insight.  Outside of real estate, you’ll find Chris on the golf course, watching baseball, or staying connected in the community.

LOVE FOR REAL ESTATE

I love real estate because of the connections we make.  Las Vegas is a small town and gives true meaning to “it’s who you know”.   Also, helping people with potentially the biggest investment of their lives provides me with that pressure and grind I like to feel.  That’s something I picked up from competing in sports.  More times than not, I make lifelong relationships with my clients because of the bond created throughout a transaction.  Last, but not least, I love working and seeing the young city of Las Vegas continually grow.  I can’t get over how much has expanded since moving here just 13 years ago.
